Aikarthya has 2 key Programs - Super 150 plus & Project Learning Tree
SUPER 150 plus
Subject Support plus Mentorship
Project Super 150 is an idea to address the major issue with low income communities in India – Education backwardness which in turn is leading them to a position of marginalization in other sphere of life, be it economic or political.
Solution to problems under project super 150:
Project Learning Tree
Literacy & Numeracy readiness
9 out of 10 students who study in schools drop out before the 10th grade. Project Learning Tree is a supplementary education programme for under-privileged children. The programme is delivered during the weekends by our trained volunteers.
We provide individual attention to students with a 1:5 volunteer to student ratio. The program consists of Literacy, Mathematics, mentoring, arts, sports and life skills support.
Most of our students are first generation learners whose first language is a local language. We aim to teach these children English and numeracy in order to make them independent, interested to continue their studies and to increase their employ ability.
At Aikarthya we believe in a holistic education model that can help a child develop as a well-rounded individual.
Aikarthya has 15 centers across Hyderabad with volunteers from the best colleges and corporations educating, equipping and empowering a generation!
